Building Strategic Alliances to grow your Veteran-Owned Small Business

A great way to grow your Veteran-Owned Small Business is through forming Strategic Alliances.  Strategic alliances by definition are an arrangement between two or more companies that have decided to share resources to undertake a specific, mutually beneficial project.  This sounds like a prime and sub relationship and it certainly can be.

In a Strategic Alliance, each company maintains its autonomy while gaining a new opportunity.  A strategic alliance could help a company develop a more effective process, expand into a new market or develop an advantage over a competitor, among other opportunities.

How do you arrive at the point of forming a strategic alliance with another company?  You have to get to know people and people have to get to know you.  The absolute best way for this to happen is through Networking.  You have to make yourself available and open to possibilities.

Wrap your mind around and embrace the opportunities Strategic Alliances can offer you and your Veteran-Owned Small Business.

See you on the high ground!
